Materials: blue candle, healing oil, pin, blue thread/cord
carve “health” and your name on either side of the candle. anoint with oil.
charge candle: “I cast out ill and take my fill of health, harmony, strength and skill. The blessings of fire I call to me to charge and empower my energy.”
