Last semester my friends and I practiced seeing auras, I’m not that good at it yet but I think it’s because I try to hard. The most memorable experience seeing an aura on accident was the first time I met a friend’s boyfriend at a restaurant. When they sat next to each other, he put his arm around her and as they talked there was a pink aura surrounding them both! Maybe if I stop trying to see them so hard…
Oh yeah, the purpose of this post: How to balance out your aura and clean out your chakras according to Richard Webster’s method in “Aura Reading for Beginners”. Here’s the brief, adapted version.
Materials: pendulum, a willing friend, bowl of water
(Beforehand, know your pendulum’s responses for “yes” and “no” – what movement represents each of these words? Also determine what response represents the movement of positive energy and negative energy. I also recommend grounding and centering yourself. Your friend could do this with you to put you in the right state of being.)
Have your friend lie down on their back comfortably.
Begin with the root chakra. Suspend the pendulum at the base of your friend’s spine (where the genitals are) and ask the pendulum (in your head): “Is my friend’s root chakra in good health?”
If the answer is yes, you can move on to the next chakra up, the sacral chakra.
If the answer is no, go through the rest of the chakras and mentally remember the problem ones. Then ask the pendulum of the “no” answers which chakra is the most negative one by one: example – “Is the root chakra the most negative?”
Take your bowl of water and place the fingers of your hand that is not holding the pendulum in it.
Suspend your pendulum over the most negative chakra and ask the pendulum to extract all of the negative energy from it. The pendulum will move in the manner that represents negative energy. When it stops moving, remove your fingers and rinse your hand in running water. Repeat this exercise with any other chakras that showed negative energy.
Inquire of your friend what could be causing the negativity – you may determine what is causing the chakras’ blockage.
Once you have removed all of the negativity, check each chakra again to ensure positive responses.
Swing the pendulum all over the body in the direction that indicates your pendulum’s positive response. Visualize green healing energy being sent from the pendulum to revitalize and restore your friend. Have your friend pour the used water down the sink, thanking the water for taking away the negativity.

can you use a pendulum that is designed as a necklace, bookmark and pendulum?

Yes i don’t see any problem with that. as long as it serves the pendulum function, i don’t see why you can’t use one that doubles as a necklace or bookmark. Actually, it seems really convenient because then you’re more likely to have your pendulum accessible. I like the idea of a necklace serving as a pendulum because then you have it everywhere you go without anyone being the wiser

hi there
i was wondering if i could use the pendelum to speak with a friend or family that past away.. with what way could i communicate a soul.. im verry intersted of knowing about these things i dont want to use black magic or witchcraft ? i believe in daychavu and that you can pass though time in some ways.. i have only been into this stuff science my grandma died shy gave me the pendelum and she didn’t tell me for what perpuse to use it so thats why im asking for some right answer from professinals so i dont make a mistake

is it true that if you use the pendelum in a rong way could you attract some bad souls and it can cause the pendelum not to work?

Is it possible to find negative energy by using a pendulum. I have noticed when I place my pendulum over my cell phone, for example, the pendulum swings in a counter clockwise direction. This is also true with my microwave oven, computer, etc. A friend of mine uses a radiant energy disk and when the disk is placed on the cell phone there is a complete reversal of the pendulum and goes clockwise. What is your explanation for this?

I really don’t have one – I don’t know enough about radiant energy disks. Electronic devices do give off strong electromagnetic energy, which makes the pendulum move. I’ve read that a good way to counteract the energy electronics put off is to keep quartz crystals nearby to diffuse the energy – perhaps these radiant energy disks your friend uses has quartz in them? Let me know if you have any more info on these disks – I’m interested in checking them out. Thanks!

I personally use a necklace, plus I have a crystal attatched to a string too. If i’m out somewhere, I can use my necklace, otherwise at home, I use which ever one lol I grab first.
