A few months ago I bought the Mystic Faerie Tarot set. I was originally drawn to the beautiful Major Arcana art and I was also curious about all of the buzz this deck was generating.
The most surprising part of this deck was the way the suit cards are handled – each suit Ace through 10 tell a story, making 4 different stories in all. This method moves away from Rider-Waite replication/symbolism to create stories that still represent the card’s generic meanings while exploring more interpretations.
